Building Regulations

Ok first things first... Absolutely no BUILDING anywhere except for you propertY unlEss I GIVE you PERMISSION!
Ok now on to other things
You may build a house of any size as long as it stays inside your property line (fence). You may NOT dig or build underground. The outside of the house can not be made of cobblestone. The inside can but if its on the outside then me gonna have to change it!
Since the only actual shops we have is the Main Store, no house can be used as a shop. You may trade with other players in it but not for Iron Ingots or Gold Ingots. Only for other items. The Head Painter is the only exception to this RULE.
You may only have one house at a time. That means if you want to upgrade to a bigger yard then you will have to deconstruct your old house and move to the new property.

im thinking that the one i made makes more sense so i think it would be best to use those rules
