Custom Map Review #1- Skyblock Survival

This map comes very highly rated. It has been played by numerous Youtube commentators including Captain Sparklez, ipodmail, and the BlueXephos.
When you spawn in you are on a small island in the middle of The Void. The island is made out of over a stack of dirt and a few sand. It also has a tree and a chest on it. The chest contains 12 string, a bucket of lava, a bone, sugarcane, a red and brown mushroom, 2 ice blocks, a melon slice, a cactus, and pumpkin seeds.
With the item provided you must complete a list of challenges to beat the map. You can also take it a step farther and build a huge paradise on your sky island.
Rules:
Do NOT leave the island.
NO Mods, Hacks, Flying, etc.
Post pictures of your achievements and progress!

Hints:
Lava + Water = Cobblestone.
Challenges:
1) Build a Cobble Stone generator.
2) Build a house.
3) Expand the island.
4) Make a melon farm.
5) Make a pumpkin farm.
6) Make a reed farm.
7) Make a wheat farm.
8 ) Make a giant red mushroom.
9) Build a bed.
10) Make 40 stone brick's.
11) Make atleast 20 torches.
12) Make an infinite water source.
13) Build a furnace.
14) Make a small lake.
15) Make a platform 24 blocks away from the island, for mobs to spawn.
16) Make 10 cactus green dye.
17) Make 10 mushroom stew.
18) Make 10 Jack 'o' lanterns.
19) Build 10 bookcases.
20) Make 10 bread.
The most important thing in this map is the cobblestone generator. Without it you couldn't do anything. Also make sure you dont fall off with a valuable item like the melons or the bucket.
