Alright, being a mod is kinda cool. Tp can be useful, and using bigbrother and all the other perks is nice. So firstly, i wanna get some feedback on my performance. Ive been handed a couple situations where I had to intervene, and I would like to know how ppl think i did. Im doing this to become a better mod, and make everyone a little happier on the server.

Secondly, although it is nice, being a mod is difficult. Those times I was given were mostly hard to decide on. like, someone is accused of tping in combat. then they say, 'well, i didnt know I was in combat.' and that was because they thought they were out of combat cause they killed someone, and it was over, or they didnt see anybody, or they just are flat out lying. its hard to tell whos relaying the truth or lying, or are ignorant of the rules. And, you got whether or not they attacked first or were attacked. if someone is sneak attacked, it kinda sucks if they have to stay and get killed even tho they meant no harm or foul, or risk ban for tping from combat. There are alot of grey areas, so i am asking for a witness rule. I think in order for someone to be banned on account of tping in combat, there has to be at least one noncombatant witness to verify the accusation. ik, that would be hard to accomplish, since combat doesnt usually happen with spectators, but we need a better system then 'he-said-she-said' This could easily be used to get a player banned for nothing.

Finally, it rlly sucks how i have to live underground in fear of being found and stolen from. Personally, I rlly have wanted to build a city, which is above ground!! :O 'WOW, a city above ground? Wouldnt that be griefed and stolen from in a matter of minutes?' OF COURSE it will. Which is why I would like to put forward the idea of marking off specific areas, above ground, for each OFFICIAL clan, and that area cannot be griefed or stolen from. These arent huge, but places that can be free from the danger of griefers. And, in going with ludi's tp stones things, we can build one at each of the cities, making travel from place to place easy and safe. Ok, just some ideas

well feren idk about you but this server is becoming a little bit more pvp right now im on a bad ass hardcore pvp server and u can do any shit you want witch means tnt cannons shooting ur ass at any moment yes its scary as hell but that's minecraft so the answer to your question is do you want to move closer to the building pussy side of minecraft or the strong war minecraft.
P.S if you were to do the no steal rule everybody would store there chests in that one spot

Mike. I didnt really understand what you said, but it mayy be because i just woke up, and the brain has to still finished starting. But feren. The rule for the tping in combat, is if you get hit, or hit someone, your in combat. At that point any tping will be breaking the rules.Also. If you make a city and its your clan's land, no one can greif it, and if there are walls around it, like the phz walls, then no one can get in to steal. If you need cobble for a wall, bounty has like 12 double chests ;P

Alright, i just thinks its unfair, lets say Bob, is digging out some sand, and all he has on him is a shovel, couple stacks of sand, and 5 bread. Then, next thing ya know, George over here in full diamond armor with a diamond sword and 12 poison potions, comes and attacks poor Bob. All Bob can do is die, cause if he tries to tp, he will be banned. I just think ppl minding their own business, gathering supplies, whatever, as long as they are being peaceful, shouldnt be held accountable for not wanting combat. Just saying. And, thanks for the cobble, but I got waaaaaay more than that at my house....hahaha, i dont know where im going to start putting it lolz......and.....not trying to be ungrateful....i would like some feedback on my performance as a mod so far. Very Happy But thanks for the advice!

Also, mikey, i get where you are going with the pvp server thing. But some ppl have been with this server a long time, and dont wanna be on a server where its focused on combat. Im included. I unfortunately have to go around wearing iron armor all the time cause its a pretty good chance im going to be attacked. Whenver I go to spawn, i have to drop all my valuables in a box, cause im worried someone will attack me while im not looking and lose all of it. So, yea I never wanted a pvp server. We coulda simply decided to having marked off areas for ppl to fight, and then let that be our pvp. But now, ppl have to hide underground in fear of being found, greifed, and robbed. I joined minecraft to build awesome looking structures....not worry that when i do, it takes one asshole with a pick to take it all down. And about everyone stockpiling their chests, only clan members would, and they wouldnt be locked. They can still be stolen from, the cities just cant be griefed. If i wanted protected chests, I woulda voted for /lwc back

Rule revision here:

If you are attacked but dont attack back, you are allowed to tp away. If you get attacked but retaliate in defense you cannot tp away because you are committing to the fight, and if you are the first striker you are not allowed to tp away until the fight stops i.e. all members on one side of the conflict die or run away without being chased, or if some kind of ceasefire is agreed on.

Once a cease fire is agreed on, if one attacks the other, then the victim can still tp away until they retaliate.
