Property:
<Starting Land>
-First of all, when you become a citizen you get a free house lot (7x8x5).
~Farmers receive a free farm lot upon citizenship.
-You can build your house (and farm) anywhere you want in the capital city(Not in the capital building!).
<Real Estate Booth>
-You can increase your property by purchasing land at the Real Estate Booth located at the back entrance of the capital building.
-You can buy multiple lots of every kind as well!
House Land
-You can only build a house on your house lot!
~The dimensions of your lot include the yard if you choose to build one!
~A fence counts as part of your lot!
-You can increase your house lot by one dimension for 1 Gold Ingot
ex. 7x8x5 + 1 = 8x8x5, 7x9x5, or 7x8x6
~Underground space is also part of the dimensions!
ex. 7x8x5 = 7x8x3 above ground 7x8x2 below ground
-You can purchase more basic house lots(7x8x5) for 10 Gold Ingots each.
*You can combine 2 house lots, but it is more cost efficient to just extend one lot's land. Combining them only doubles 1 dimension, all 3 dimensions will not increase!*
Farm Land
-You can purchase a farm lot(8x8) for 10 Gold Ingots each.
-You can extend your farm lot by one dimension for 1 Gold Ingot.
-You can only build a farm on your lot!
~A fence counts as part of your lot!
-You cannot plant trees on a farm lot
Shop/Facility Land
-You can buy a business lot(8x8x8) for 10 Gold Ingots
-You can increase the lot by one dimension for 1 Gold Ingot
-You can pretty much build whatever you want just as long as it isnt just a farm or just a house (Hotels and inns are fine!)
-Same rules apply, fences count, underground counts, etc.
*Getting approval from the king or advisor to start a business is always a good idea!*
Custom Land
-You can buy a custom lot(8x8x8) for 30 Gold Ingots
-You can extend the lot by one dimension for 3 Gold Ingots
-Custom lots may be expensive but they also allow the most freedom!
-You can do pretty much whatever you want within your dimensions!
ex. You can build a house with a farm attached to a shop on a custom lot!
