More people on the forums

simple enough: i think we need to lead people more towards the forums....it seems as though half the newcomers havent even made an account on forums....so we should make an app or somthing so people have to....somthing that makes them come to forum and participate in conversation...i bet if some people knew we had forums they would gladly come and comment on server stuff and desicions.

And actually we made paranoia and caneagle join the forums, theyre just the only new people weve had since we decided on the policy
