New person section

I noticed a lot of new people today asking about jobs and skills and how to do this and that, and its kinda annoying explaining it to each and every one of em. soooo...to make it easier why dont we have new people section on forums were we put like the tutorials and explination of jobs and such
so its all in 1 easy place
