Rules for new server(and restrictions)

Ok we need to set some rules so everyone knows whats up, also i wanna know what our new player acceptance forum/rule is going to be.

Rules: these are just some rules I think are needed to insure that everyone is happy.
1. No greifing
2. No spawn killing
3. No x-ray
4. No other mods
-If you want a mod, ask a mod, that is not in your clan, to approve it (or an admin) reason being is we dont want somone using a mod that is cheating but will benifit their clan, so a mod in their clan might approve.
5. no mcmmo boosting

Moderator/Admin rules:
1. No teleport without permission, I think since some bases are hidden, we definetly dont want people teleporting, so I think a find of a certain amount of diamonds should be required by the other.
2. No spawning items
3. No using mod powers in combat
4. No banning someone without good reason(if you do this, suspension of powers for a certain amount of time)
5. No kicking someone without good reason

New Player rules
1. no killing new players for 24 hours
2. new players must file an app on the forum
3. new players cannot kill others, until they either...join a clan(giving up their protection) or just ask for their protection to be disabled(not a plugin, just means you can kill em now)

Temporary rules:
1. Once we get started and clans start attacking no flymod, until then its usable.
2. Peace between everyone for a little or atleast till we get bukkit.(dont even joke kill, cause now on death you loose all exp when you die.)

Any other rules are appreciated, I just wanna have fun on the server, without geting mad.

looks pretty solid but as we all know the enforcing is where it becomes difficult.

I suggest u add a system of set punishments for breaking rules, just punishments of course

No going to end until eveyone agrees we can, right now their is only one end, im thinking once 1.0.1 or 1.1.0 comes out then the egg will hatch and make another one, regardless dont do it....
