mikeypenny should be banned (proof of multiple reasons)

I have proof that mikeypenny was breaking the rules of LudiCraft. He has broke the following rules:
7. No Spawn Killing, or Spawn camping. No Camping Withing 50 Blocks of The Safe zone. ~Item Returns, 2 Kicks, Then Ban
9. No Teleporting (/home, /spawn), or logging out in combat. ~Free Kill, and 1 Day Jail/ban.
The video below is proof of both these events. My recorder is not the best but you can see he does break rules.
