PErmissions is first one, and looks good for guides.
Second one gives all players a choice of skins and capes to wear. Looks cool

the permissions thing really isnt necessary cuz we're already using bukkit perms, and as for the skin thing...
that uses a base plugin called spout, and that requires anyone who wants to use it to have a spout client, and so far in my previous efforts with spout, the only plugin i ever got to work with it was mcmmo and not even 100% correct.
