- Added disband command
- Added calculated level up time and next rank requirement for /ludih when
- Changed how power is calculated. (you get half the power for each vassal for every tier down they are form you, so your direct vassal is 1 power, your direct vassal's direct vassal is .5 power for you and so on.) It is now better to have more direct vassals than just having a straight line 1:1 lord-vassal clan.
