fixed, not sure why that happens, all i can do is refresh the server and it goes away. Sorry baout the wait, btw might not be on for next 2 days

Restarted server, should be working now.

I still dont know why this periodically happens, I know how to get rid of the problem temporarily but it always comes back for some reason.

It usually works fine for a few days, then the server starts getting some unknown lag which slowly gets worse unless i reload the server. If left un-reloaded it starts laggin hard then eventually won't let people in saying "read timed out"

If you get a "logging in..." but it doesnt work then you can assume that this is happeneing. Ive looked far and wide, still no solution :/

you know the saying "theres an app for that"? well in this case, its more like, "theres a plugin for that" ^^

i've played on servers that have auto resets. i believe they use plugins to do it. it gives like ten, 5, and minute warnings before it resets.

generally though i think servers need to be reset somewhat often because of the little errors that can build up (due to MC being in beta)
