then the next person says:

I wish ____.

So in the end it will look ind of like this:

Bob:
I wish I had a cookie.

Carl:
Your wish is granted, but the cookie has raisins!
I wish I had a bike.

Joe:
Your wish is granted, but the bike has no wheels!
I wish people would stop yelling.

Larry:
Your wish is granted, but now you are completely deaf!
I wish cheese did not spoil.

And so on...
